Please enter your Palm Hot Sync Id**, name, and email in the textbox and press 'Submit'.   We will then generate and email you a unique Registration Code for your STAT!Ref PDA product.

**To locate your HotSync ID, turn on your PDA, go to your PDA’s Home screen and tap the HotSync icon. Your HotSync Id will display in the upper right-hand corner. If this is the first time you are using your PDA you should first install the Palm Desktop software (that came with your PDA) on your computer and follow the instructions to create your own HotSync Id.
