Zachary Nye, DO, is a Resident in the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.

John M. Lavelle, DO, is completing his D.O. degree at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (Class of 2008) in Chicago, Illinois.

Stockton M. Mayer is completing his D.O. degree at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (Class of 2008) in Chicago, Illinois.

Rachel Laven, DO, is a Resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lutheran General Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
